SENATE BILL NO. 159 An Act relating to advance directives for                  
mental health treatment was read the second time.                              
                                                                               
Senator Green moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption               
of the Health, Education and Social Services Committee Substitute              
offered on page 2444.  Senator Duncan objected, then withdrew his              
objection.  There being no further objections, CS FOR SENATE                   
BILL NO. 159(HES) was adopted and read the second time.

Senator Rieger moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption              
of Amendment No. 1.  Without objection, Amendment No. 1 was

considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
